Our DEI program goes far beyond a public statement or hiring more employees from differing racial backgrounds. Employees and staff are encouraged to join a committee or champion an event that is personal to them and their heritage or unique identity. These events are open to all and encourage us to learn, grow and see new perspectives through the lens of another. We encourage diversity champions to share their stories by creating a video that can be shared with others at Cal Coast and in the community.
